Shipping policy

WAGON GOD works with global warehouses, suppliers, and fulfillment partners to provide discounted and trending products to customers worldwide.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of increased sales volume, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Estimated Shipping Times

Due to:

  • High order volume
  • Overseas shipping logistics
  • Customs inspections
  • International carrier delays
  • Holiday demand
  • Weather disruptions

Shipping may take up to 120 days for delivery in certain cases.

While many orders arrive sooner, customers acknowledge and accept that extended shipping delays may occur.

Tracking Information

Once an order ships, tracking information may be provided by email. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear and may temporarily stop updating while the package is in international transit or customs processing.

WAGON GOD is not responsible for carrier scanning delays or incomplete tracking updates.

Customs, Duties & Import Delays

International orders may be subject to customs inspections or import procedures that are outside our control. Customers are responsible for understanding any local import regulations applicable to their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information during checkout. WAGON GOD is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete address information
  • Lost packages resulting from customer input errors

Once an order has been processed, address changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears delayed, customers should allow the full estimated shipping window before requesting assistance. Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for refund eligibility.
